About Technet Systems

Technet Systems was established in March 2000 and has extensive experience in the security industry.

Since establishment, Technet Systems has undergone solid and sustainable growth through winning numerous contracts to install and maintain CCTV systems and associated security alarm systems to all levels of government – local, state and federal.

Brian Ross is the Managing Director of Technet Systems and manages the day to day operations of the business. An electrician by trade, he manages both the employees and the quality of work undertaken by the teams.

Exceptional employees

We employ exceptional employees who are recruited against the equally weighted selection criteria of customer focus and technical expertise. The team who work at Technet Systems is very stable, with low turnover due to great working conditions, interesting work and high levels of management support. Given the nature of some of our work, all employees' criminal histories are screened prior to employment.

Our employees operate as three closely knit teams – the installation team who specialise in the fit out, programming and commission of CCTV and associated alarm systems; the cabling team who are all electricians and who specialise in running clean and easy to maintain cabling compliant with all cabling regulations; and the maintenance team who are on call for both emergency and routine maintenance of security systems. The teams work closely together to ensure a clear and concise knowledge base of each other's activities and where each team is at with each project.

We currently provide CCTV installation, maintenance & repair support to agencies including Qld Railways (from Nambour to Robina and out to Rosewood), Moreton Bay City Council and the SE Qld Water Board.

Committed to Quality & Safety

Our over-riding company motto is "do it right first time - every time". We operate within stringent internal quality control processes and systems, with regular project completion debriefs within the team to ensure learnings from each new project are captured and built into future processes.

We take pride in our neat, tidy and easy to maintain cabling; on-time installation and fast response to call-outs.

We have a Workplace Health and Safety Officer on staff who undertakes an assessment on all new project sites to ensure the safety of employees, clients and contractors is maintained. A detailed Workplace Health and Safety Plan including harassment and discrimination processes is in place within Technet, and all staff are regularly trained in correct safe working processes and procedures.
